This agreement must be signed and dated by the athlete, and a parent or legal guardian if the athlete is less than 18 years of age.  It is designed to help athletes and parents understand certain expectations of the participants of the American Slalom Excellence Program of whitewater training and racing.  Please read it carefully, sign and date it.
