K1 Men World Ranking 2005 World Cup Series 2005 K1 Women World Ranking 2005 World Cup Series 2005
October 1 ~ "Kimberley (my sister, in case there are those people out there unaware of the fact!) raced well to a superb 6th place in the women's event at the World Champs today. Her flat-mate Laura Blakeman also made the final and finished 8th. Great to see. Well done Kimberley :-)" - Campbell Walsh, 2004 Olympic Silver Medallist
September 29 ~ "The course is Hard. A tricky stagger off the start to gate 4, then it opens up for a very fast section leading into a double up on the Main Wave section, (a massive powerful steep green wave). Then into a tricky 5 gate stagger with a few options. The course opens out to another fast section round the final bend into the last few gates with 2 tricky Ups. In my view the course uses the features of the river very well. It is Technically hard with the possibility of some very fast maneuvers, if you are confident enough to attempt them!" - Stuart McIntosh, Great Britain C1 Olympian
